- Conversations with our AI assistant: chats and phone calls with Jay, our AI assistant, are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request and improve our service. Calls may be recorded; by continuing a call you consent to the recording.
- Payment information: invoices are paid through a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card or bank numbers.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare quotes and invoices, and deliver the services you ask for.
- To call, text or email you about your request, appointment or account.
- To build demos and services for your business when you ask us to.
- To keep our website and services secure and working, and to improve them.

Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
