Capital Thread HQTerms of Service
These terms apply to your use of capitalthreadhq.com and to services and products from Capital Thread HQ LLC ("Capital Thread HQ," "we," "us"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
1. What we offer
- Spreadsheet templates for Excel and Google Sheets, sold as digital downloads through Etsy.
- Done-for-you services, including websites, AI receptionists, AI messaging, missed-call text-back, media kits and online courses.
Descriptions and prices are listed on our website. Prices marked "from" depend on the project, and your final price is the one on your quote or invoice.
2. Quotes, invoices and payment
- After we review your request, we email you a summary and an invoice. Work begins after the setup fee is paid.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance each month starting when your service goes live.
- AI receptionist plans include a set number of call minutes each month. Extra minutes are billed at $0.25 per minute.
- If a monthly payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the service until it's paid.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Setup fees are fully refundable if you cancel before we start work. Once work has started, setup fees are not refundable.
- Monthly plans are month to month, with no long-term contract. Cancel any time by emailing us; your service continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
- Templates are digital downloads sold through Etsy and follow Etsy's policies for digital items. If a file doesn't work, message us on Etsy and we'll help or replace it.
- Media kits and courses include the rounds of changes listed in your package. Completed and delivered work is not refundable.
4. What you own
- You own your business name, logo, content, photos and your business phone number. If you leave, we'll help you move your phone number and give you your website files or content.
- AI receptionists and AI messaging agents are managed services that run on our systems. You get to use them while your plan is active; the underlying setup, prompts and software stay ours.
- Templates are licensed for your own personal or single-business use. Please don't resell or share the files.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, prices, hours and policies, and tell us when anything changes.
- Make sure you have the rights to any logos, photos, videos or content you send us.
- Use our services lawfully. You're responsible for the content and offers your business provides, and for following the rules that apply to your industry.
- If your AI receptionist records calls or sends texts, you agree to let callers know calls may be recorded and to only text people who agreed to receive texts. We set up these disclosures for you.
6. AI assistants
Our AI assistants identify themselves as AI. They can make mistakes, misunderstand callers, or be unavailable during outages from phone or software providers. Please review what your assistant says, and tell us right away if something needs to change. AI assistants don't replace professional, legal, medical or emergency services.
7. Text messages (SMS terms)
- Program: Capital Thread HQ sends texts about your request, quotes, appointments, callbacks and account. Messages may also come from AI receptionists we run for our clients, on their behalf.
- Opting in: you agree to receive texts by checking the consent box on our forms or by asking us to text you.
- Frequency: varies based on your request, usually a few messages per request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
8. No guarantees of results
We work hard to help your business, but we can't promise specific results such as more calls, bookings, sales, search rankings or credit outcomes. Templates and content are for planning and information only and are not tax, legal or financial advice.
9. Referral partners
Some links go to independent partners, such as our free credit audit partner. We may earn a referral fee. Those partners provide their own services under their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Capital Thread HQ isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data or missed calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes and ending service
We may update these terms or our prices. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your monthly plan. We may end service if these terms are seriously broken, after giving notice when possible.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
